GUNNISON, Utah (AP)-Drew Hill netted 25 points and the Gunnison Bulldogs overpowered North Sevier 52-42 in Region 15 boys basketball action Friday. Brooks Mickelsen had 14 points in defeat for the Wolves, who fell to 6-12. The Bulldogs improved to 8-7, earning their first win since December 29 against Beaver Dam, Ariz. and snapping a five-game losing streak in the process.
RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Brantzen Blackner posted 25 points as the Canyon View Falcons smacked Richfield 61-43 Friday in Region 12 boys basketball action. Emmitt Hafen’s 12 points led the Wildcats in the loss.
NEPHI, Utah (AP)-Aaron Clark stepped up with 26 points as the Juab Wasps got past Carbon 51-47 in Region 12 boys basketball action Friday. Kyle Quinton’s 26 points paced the Dinos in defeat.
DELTA, Utah (AP)-Caden Prisbrey led the way with 12 points and the Enterprise Wolves edged Delta 43-42 Friday in Region 13 boys basketball action at the Palladium. Trevor Burton had a game-high 19 points in the loss for the Rabbits.
KANAB, Utah (AP)-Layne Anderson posted 19 points and the Kanab Cowboys surged past Millard 66-56 in Region 13 boys basketball action Friday. Kaleb Rowell’s 19 points led the Eagles in the loss.
BEAVER, Utah (AP)-Porter Dowell stepped up with 14 points and the South Sevier Rams edged Beaver 44-42 in overtime Friday in Region 13 boys basketball action. Kazen Roundy posted 11 points and 12 rebounds in the loss for the Beavers.
BLANDING, Utah (AP)-Jordan Blake amassed 24 points and 6 rebounds while the San Juan Broncos downed Manti 76-69 in Region 15 boys basketball action Friday. Riley Curtis posted 19 points for the Templars in defeat.

MANTI, Utah (AP)-Bodell Nielson stepped up with 11 points as the San Juan Broncos routed Manti 51-20 Friday in Region 15 girls basketball action. Aurionna Squire paced the Templars in the loss with 8 points.
PANGUITCH, Utah (AP)-Brittney Henrie amassed 20 points, including six 3-pointers as the Panguitch Bobcats pummeled Valley 61-25 in Region 20 girls basketball action Friday. McKenna Roundy had 9 points in defeat for the Buffaloes.
TROPIC, Utah (AP)-Emilee Courtright led the way with 11 points and the Bryce Valley Mustangs stonewalled Milford 57-40 Friday in Region 20 girls basketball action. Emily Barnes’ game-high 15 points led the Tigers in the loss.
JUNCTION, Utah (AP)-Macey Dalton and Mikaylee Morgan posted 16 points apiece as the Piute Thunderbirds hammered Parowan 74-44 in Region 20 girls basketball action Friday. Autumn Rogerson amassed 25 points in the loss for the Rams.
