Bees Turn Back Tacoma; Owlz Beat Raptors

(Tacoma, WA) — The Salt Lake Bees scored six runs across the final two innings to down the Rainiers, 7-2, in Tacoma. Ramon Flores homered and Shane Robinson drove in three for Salt Lake, which has a one-game lead in the PCL Pacific Southern. The Bees go for a four-game sweep tonight.

The Owlz topped the Ogden Raptors, 5-1, in the opener of a four-game, home-and-home series in Orem. Ryan Vega drove in two for the Owlz, who improved to 43-and-22. Mitchell Hansen plated the only run for Ogden, which dropped to 42-and-24. The series continues tonight.
