(Memphis, TN) — Last night’s game between the Salt Lake Bees and Redbirds was suspended due to rain in Memphis. The Redbirds were leading 3-1 in the second inning. Play will resume today before the teams meet in the finale of the four-game set tonight.
Elsewhere in minor league baseball, the Orem Owlz picked up a 3-0 road win over the Idaho Falls Chukars. Orem is 25-and-11 on the season. The Raptors notched a 3-1 win over the Grand Junction Rockies in Ogden. The Raptors improved to 22-and-15 with the victory.
