(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Salt Lake Bees outslugged the Tacoma Rainiers, 11-9, at Smith’s Ballpark. Nolan Fontana homered and David Fletcher had two hits and three RBI for the Bees, who improved to 64-and-61. Salt Lake goes for a four-game sweep tonight.
Elsewhere in minor league baseball, the Orem Owlz notched a 5-2 win over the Brewers in Helena. Orem is 38-and-15. The Great Falls Voyagers hammered the Raptors, 19-2, in Ogden. The Raptors are 33-and-21.
