PROVO, Utah-Per a Thursday report, BYU forward Yoeli Childs confirmed he is returning for his senior season. The 6-8 forward out of South Jordan, Utah had declared for the NBA Draft in March but he had until May 29 to withdraw and he did so.
Childs was an all-West Coast first team honoree in 2018-19, amassing 21.2 points and 9.7 rebounds per game.
Childs is currently the 14th leading scorer in program history with 1,609 points and the fifth leading rebounder in program annals (882).
Throughout his career at BYU, Childs has amassed 16.1 points and 8.8 rebounds per contest.
