OGDEN, Utah-Sunday afternoon, Weber State University was determined as the winner of the Big Sky Conference’s 2018-19 President’s Cup per a statement from the conference.
This award promotes the Big Sky’s commitment to academics and recognizes a member school’s overall success in both the classroom and competition.
This is the Wildcats’ fifth all-time president’s cup, the most in the conference in the award’s 17-year history.
The Wildcats earned conference titles in football, soccer and softball with the football and softball teams advancing to the NCAA Tournament.
Weber State also had nine student-athletes earn All-American honors and nine conference MVP’s or conference championships. Overall, 72 Wildcats student-athletes earned all-conference honors.
The Wildcats previously won the cup in 2002-03, 2003-04, 2007-08 and 2008-09.
