ESTERO, Fla.-Wednesday, Weber State men’s basketball had its bracket revealed for the 2019 Gulf Coast Showcase November 25-27 at Estero, Fla.
The Wildcats are participating in the seventh annual Gulf Coast Showcase and this year’s field features two NCAA Tournament teams from 2019.
November 25, the Wildcats make history as they face the Wright State Raiders of the Horizon League for the first time.
November 26, Weber State draws either Murray State or LaSalle and November 27, the Wildcats will face either Northeastern, South Alabama, Drake or Miami (Ohio).
The Wildcats previously participated in this tournament in 2015 and won it that year, beating Central Michigan, Drake and Murray State.
This is the fifth consecutive season Weber State has participated in a preseason tournament.
As part of this event, the Wildcats will host NCCAA member West Coast Baptist November 19 at the Dee Events Center.
