HEBER CITY, Utah-Charley Cluff homered and doubled twice and the Region 8 champion Wasatch Wasps routed Maple Mountain 16-6 Friday in softball action. Charley Kelson and Paige Richins also doubled in the win for the Wasps while Payge Armendariz took the win in the circle for Wasatch. Jaisha Ioane tripled and Brinley Murray and Madalyn Argyle each doubled in the loss for the Golden Eagles. Wasatch ends the regular season at 22-4 and 9-1 in region play. The Wasps will host Olympus Monday at 4:00 pm in the first round of the 5-A playoffs.
