HEBER CITY, Utah-Parker Quinton posted 3 hits and 2 RBI as the Wasatch Wasps doubled up Springville 4-2 Thursday in Region 8 baseball action. Zac Webster earned the win on the mound for the Wasps. Nick Greenhawt also added a double for Wasatch. The Wasps go for the series sweep of the Red Devils Friday at 3:30 pm as the action returns to Springville High School. LEHI, Utah-Marisa Bowman and Marne Freeman each homered as the Skyridge Falcons downed Wasatch 7-5 in Region 8 softball action Thursday. In the loss, Paige Richins homered and Charlie Kelson doubled for the Wasps.
