HEBER CITY, Utah-Wasatch High football continues its summer activities with edge training which will run from June 11-July 26.
During this stretch, the training will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 am-8:30 pm for juniors and seniors.
For freshmen and sophomores, this will be from 9:00 am-10:30 pm.
All sessions will be at the Wasatch High weight room with head coach Steve Coburn and his assistants leading the course. There is a $60 course fee with an additional $20 required if student-athletes plan to take this for Wasatch High credit.
The purpose of these sessions is to optimize athletic performance for all athletes using free weight, multiple joint exercises performed in a standing position.
