Wasatch Football Uses Defense, Special Teams To Best Mountain Crest Friday

HEBER CITY, Utah-Adarius Edwards threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Jarin Kalam and freshman Austin Southam made a pair of field goals as the Wasatch Wasps gashed Mountain Crest 20-6 Friday in non-region football action at Wright-Tree Stadium.

The Wasps also received a 16-yard fumble recovery for a score from Sili Akana.

Wasatch improved to 2-0 with the win and hits the road for the first time Friday as they will visit the Viewmont Vikings at Bountiful.
