BOUNTIFUL, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps decimated Viewmont 42-10 Friday to improve to 3-0, earning their first road win of the season in dominant fashion against the Vikings in non-region football action.
Adarius Edwards ensued in his hot start to the season by tossing three touchdown passes, of 5 and 11 yards to Jaxen Nielsen, and an 87-yard scoring strike to Spencer Risto.
Chris Cook added a 5-yard scoring run for the Wasps and Parker North stepped up with a 24-yard touchdown run for Wasatch.
Defensively, Jake Gillman returned an interception 39 yards for another touchdown for the Wasps.
The Wasps will face their stiffest test thus far on the season Friday at 7:00 pm at Class 6-A Pleasant Grove.
