PARK CITY, Utah-Friday, Wasatch High School boys and girls cross country competed at the Park City Invitational in the PM segment of competiton at Round Valley/Quinns Junction.
The girls’ team title was won by Farmington, with a score of 68, while Wasatch placed fifth (a score of 184). The individual winner was Elisabeth Ferrell of Farmington (18:00.60).
The Wasps’ star girl runner, junior Abbie Randall (18:52.30), placed ninth overall.
Freshman Emma Page placed 33rd (19:50.70) and freshman Allison Munck placed 42nd (20:01.40).
Senior Anna Baird placed 56th (20:22.00) and senior Madelyn King finished 59th (20:25.70). Freshman Lillie Randall placed 63rd (20:30.20) with junior Danielle Krull finishing 70th (20:37.60).
Junior Savanna Dorrough placed 109th (21:48.20) and freshman Abigial Krull placed 134th (22:25.40).
Finally, senior Anna McCullough placed 150th (23:25.50).
For the boys, American Fork took the team title with a score of 49. Wasatch placed 14th with a score of 411.
Seth Robertson of Herriman took the individual title in a time of 15:07.60.
Senior Bentley Ackerson placed 76th to lead the Wasps (17:01.30) while senior Josh Horner finished 81st (17:05.40).
Junior Conner Weldon placed 86th (17:10.50) while freshman Trevor Hardy finished 95th (17:16.30).
Sophomore Jake Giles placed 108th (17:28.30), senior Jake Benson finished 112th (17:31.80), sophomore Zack Goode placed 131st (17:55.90), sophomore Christian Spencer placed 137th (18:06.80) and junior Ethan Huntsman placed 158th overall (18:37.30).
