LOGAN, Utah-Monday, Utah State University vice president and director of athletics John Hartwell announced changes to future football schedules for the Aggies.
A historical event will occur September 14, 2024 as the Aggies will meet Mississippi State for the first time on the gridiron at Starkville, Miss.
The Aggies have a long history against the SEC as they have played at Alabama twice (2004, 2005), at Tennessee (2014), at Auburn (2011), at Kentucky three times (1970 [a 35-6 win over the Wildcats], 1980 and 1987), at Arkansas (2006) and Georgia (1999).
The Aggies also confirmed they will play at Iowa September 2, 2023. Other games presently on the 2023 schedule for Utah State include a home game against FCS foe Idaho State September 9 and a road contest at Connecticut September 30.
