Pacific Coast League

EL PASO, Texas-Justin Bour hit his 16th home run of the season, giving the Salt Lake Bees an 11-0 lead en route to an 11-3 win over the El Paso Chihuahuas Monday at Southwest University Park in Pacific Coast League baseball action. The Bees also received RBI from Jared Walsh, Kaleb Cowart and Jarrett Paker as they improved to 57-75 on the season. Drew Hutchison improved to 2-0 on the season on the mound, earning the win for the Bees. Michael Gettys, Matthew Batten and Michael Cantu each had RBI in defeat for the 77-56 Chihuahuas.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Sauryn Lao’s bottom of the 7th Inning grand slam gave the Ogden Raptors the lead for good as they bested the Rocky Mountain Vibes 11-5 Monday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League baseball action.

After Lao’s grand slam, the 47-16 Raptors burieed the 28-35 Vibes with RBI from Ryan Ward, Jimmy Titus, Aldrich De Jongh and Zac Ching.

Jacob Cantleberry earned the win on the mound for the Raptors as he improved to 2-1 on the season. Carlos Rodriguez homered twice in the loss for Rocky Mountain.

OREM, Utah-Colin Simpson and Julio Carreras each homered as the Grand Junction Rockies outgunned the Orem Owlz 14-11 at UCCU Ballpark Monday in Pioneer League baseball action.

Cayden Hatcher earned the win on the mound for the Rockies, as he improved to 3-3 on the season.

Jose Verrier homered in the loss for the Owlz as they fell to 25-39. Grand Junction improved to 30-33 on the season with the win.
