SALT LAKE CITY-This upcoming football season, Utah football will celebrate its 125th year of existence with special uniforms.
The Utes’ uniforms will feature a special commemorative patch featuring an “125 years of Utah football” banner with the backdrop of a map of Utah.
The iconic circle and drum, or “feather drum” as it is often called, will also appear below the script banner on the patch.
Additionally, at each of the Utes’ home games this season, a highlight video of each decade of Utah football will be played on the jumbotron at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
