SALT LAKE CITY-Sunday, Utah basketball concludes a three-game home-stand by hosting the Colorado Buffaloes at the Huntsman Center.
The Utes have had a mercurial season as they currently find themselves at 8-8 and 2-2 in Pac-12 play.
Utah is, however, coming off of an 88-70 win over Washington State.
This win over the Cougars was a career-best for freshman forward Timmy Allen who netted 15 points and 9 rebounds for the Utes.
The Utes have outscored opponents by 16 net points on the season (1200-1184).
Utah scores 75 points per game while giving up 74 points per contest.
Senior guard Sedrick Barefield scores 15.4 points per game to lead the Utes on the season.
Sophomore forward Donnie Tillman is the Utes’ most well-rounded statistical leader, posting 11.3 points and 5.8 rebounds per game for Utah.
The Buffaloes come into Salt Lake City sporting a record of 10-6 but only 1-3 in conference play.
Colorado scores 77.2 points per game and surrenders 69.1 points per contest.
The Buffaloes’ leading scorer is sophomore guard McKinley Wright IV (12.3 points per game).
Colorado’s overall statistical leader is sophomore guard/forward Tyler Bey who nets 12 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
After winning 78-75 at New Mexico December 11, the Buffaloes have lost five of their last seven games and seek to right the ship at the Huntsman Center.
