LOGAN, Utah-Tuesday, Utah State football head coach Gary Andersen announced the addition of graduate transfer defensive back Terin Adams from Arizona State.
Adams, a 5-11 180-pound stalwart out of Kirkland, Wash., is a junior in his athletic eligibility currently.
For Herman Edwards’ Sun Devils last season, Adams posted 30 tackles, three tackles for a loss and a pass breakup.
He also proved his durability for Arizona State as he played in all of the Sun Devils’ 13 games in 2018.
Adams came to Tempe, Ariz. from the City College of San Francisco. During his freshman season with the Rams, Adams posted 14 tackles, four pass breakups, three interceptions and a fumble recovery in 10 games.
By virtue of his excellence at CCSF, Adams was ranked as the #10 cornerback in JUCO football and the 83rd overall JUCO prospect regardless of position.
