CEDAR CITY, Utah-Five Southern Utah University men’s tennis players, per a report released Wednesday, were added to the field of the All-American Tournament September 29-October 8 at Tulsa, Okla.
These players include freshman Keonho Shin, sophomore Jonathan Morales of Ontario, Canada, senior Salvador Mijares of Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, freshman Augustin Tamagnone of Rio Tercero Cordoba, Argentina and freshman Jake Williams of Wendover, United Kingdom.
Morales is coming off a freshman season which saw him named as the Big Sky Conference freshman of the year last May. The Canadian national finished 13-10 in singles and 13-8 in doubles.
Tamagnone finished 15-8 overall in singles last season and the decorated Williams comes in as the former #37 player in the U18 division in the UK.
