CEDAR CITY, Utah-Monday, the Southern Utah University men’s and women’s golf programs announced the hiring of Nic Booth as an assistant, per head coach Richard Church.
Booth played for the Thunderbirds from 2010-15 and in his senior season, he won the Utah Invitational, posting a 68 in the first round. This was followed by a 69 in the second round. He averaged 72.7 per round that season as well.
After his graduation, Booth worked at the Glenmoor Golf Course of South Jordan, Utah and said he looks forward to helping student-athletes reach their potential.
Booth earned a psychology degree from SUU.
