Snow Volleyball Continues To Impress, Improves to 18-1

EPHRAIM, Utah-Saturday, the highly successful Snow College women’s volleyball team ensued in its magnificence by besting Southern Nevada 3-1, prevailing 25-20, 22-25, 25-23 and 25-22 against the Coyotes at the Snow College Horne Activities Center.

The vaunted #4 Badgers improved to 18-1 on the season with their victory.

Stars for the Badgers included sophomore outside hitter Sai Collins of Salt Lake City and Timpview High School, who hit .259 and posted 11 kills and freshman middle-blocker Autumn Spafford of Alpine, Utah and Lone Peak High School, who also had 11 kills.

Freshman setter Taela Laufiso of West Jordan, Utah and Copper Hills High School, added 23 assists and freshman deep-setter Savannah Tanner of Gilbert, Ariz. and Gilbert High School, stepped up with 15 digs.

The Badgers are at #5 SLCC Friday and at Twin Falls, Idaho Saturday against the #3 Golden Eagles of the College of Southern Idaho.
