HEBER CITY, Utah-Wednesday, the Deseret News announced its all-state football teams for all classifications in Utah and a pair of Wasatch High football stars received recognition in the 5-A classification.
Kicker Matthias Dunn made the all-5-A first team for the Wasps by virtue of making 11 field goals and 34 PAT’s.
Quarterback Brock Cloward received honorable mention honors after tossing for 1,841 yards, 27 touchdowns and only two interceptions while completing 62.3 percent of his passes.
A promising season for the Wasps was lost when he suffered a season-ending injury on a bad snap in a 40-22 loss to Provo October 11.
