PROVO, Utah-This week, BYU head football coach Kalani Sitake stated that he is using such innovations as Zoom video conferencing and Skype calls to keep the Cougars’ football program afloat during the outbreak of COVID-19.
When speaking to reporters during a Tuesday conference call, Sitake simply stated “worrying about August in March does us no good.”
Sitake also said that he and his staff are ready for all “different possibilities and options” to the season should the coronavirus stay in the region well into the summer, perhaps causing a disruption of the 2020 college football campaign.
