PROVO, Utah-Wednesday, Brigham Young University men’s basketball coach Dave Rose announced the addition of guard Jesse Wade to the Cougars’ basketball program.
Because of NCAA transfer rules, the former Gonzaga standout was forced to sit out the 2018-19 season.
Wade, a 6-1 guard out of Davis High School, appeared in 20 games in 2017-18 for the Bulldogs, posting season highs of 9 points, three rebounds and three steals.
Wade concluded his high school career for the Darts with 1,367 points, 207 3-point field goals, 208 assists and 164 steals.
He has also served a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints mission in France.
