OGDEN, Utah-In news released Tuesday, former Weber State men’s basketball star Jerrick Harding signed with ERA Basketball Nymburk of Nymburk, Czech Republic.
Nymburk is the elite team in the top league in the Czech Republic, who competes in both the Czech National League and the Basketball Champions League.
Nymburk has won the Czech National League Championship every season since 2004.
Harding, a native of Wichita, Kan., finished his Weber State career with a school-record 2,266 points and is the third-leading scorer in Big Sky Conference history.
Harding is also the program’s all-time leader in free throw percentage, connecting at an 86.8-percent clip at the foul line.
Harding, who averaged 22.2 points per game for his career, earned All-Big Sky and All-District honors three times during his collegiate career for the Wildcats.
