Former BYU Receiver Aleva Hifo Placed on NFL’s covid-19 Reserve List

KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Per information released Sunday, former BYU receiver Aleva Hifo is one of six players placed on the NFL’s covid-19 reserve list.

The asymptomatic Hifo was listed on this report produced by NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero.

The others on the list include Baltimore Ravens defensive back Nigel Warrior, Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Kendall Futrell, Cleveland Browns tailback Dontrell Hilliard and Dallas Cowboys receiver Jon’Vea Johnson.

Hifo reported to Kansas City Chiefs training camp last week with the rest of the rookies on the squad.

An undrafted free agent, Hifo amassed 118 receptions for 1,336 yards and seven scores. As a versatile threat, Hifo posted 1,569 career scrimmage yards and 11 net scores.
