ST. GEORGE, Utah-Thursday, Dixie State University hosts its annual fall sports media day from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at the CEC Television Studios located in the Jennings Communication Building.

Trailblazers fans and the community are invited to attend the live Media Day taping but seating is limited. Therefore, attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
This consists of a comprehensive preseason outlook for all six fall sports the Trailblazers compete in: football, women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country and men’s soccer.
The proceedings commence with athletics director, Dr. Jason Boothe, welcoming the audience and doing an interview concerning the outlook of fall sports in 2018.
This commemorates Dixie State’s 13th season of competition at the NCAA Division II level, while the athletics department is completely in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, having left the Pacific West conference at the end of the 2017-18 athletic season.
