BYU Football To Limit Attendance For San Diego State Game To Families of Players and Coaches

PROVO, Utah-In news from earlier this week, BYU football confirmed attendance for the December 12 home game against San Diego State is limited to families of players and coaches.

While at LaVell Edwards Stadium, they will be required to follow attendance protocols in place.

These include physically-distanced seating between households and wearing masks.

In other BYU football news, Cougars junior signal-caller Zach Wilson has been named to the Davey O’Brien QB Class of 2020. This consists of 35 quarterbacks around college football.

On December 7, this list will be pared down to 16 quarterbacks.

The 6-3 210-pound Wilson ranks No. 1 nationally in points responsible for (208) and No. 3 in passing touchdowns (26) and passing efficiency (205.3).

He also ranks third nationally in passing yards per attempt (11.49) and completion percentage (.743).

Wilson ranks seventh nationally in passing yards (2,724) and points responsible for per game (23.1).
