The Utah Department of Health is issuing a warning after mosquitoes carrying West Nile virus were found in three counties. The positive tests in Box Elder, Davis and Uintah counties are the first this summer. The Department of Health is urging people to stay indoors when mosquitoes are active during the early morning and late evening, and to wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and use a mosquito repellent while outdoors.
