Wasatch County Fire Department reported that crews were in Timber Lakes Sunday, October 20th based on a page at 6:55 pm, of a chimney fire in a cabin. Upon arrival in Timber Lakes, crews found a fully engulfed cabin fire in the same area at 7:19 pm. Upon arrival they attacked from the outside and other engines from Heber arrived to assist. They were notified by dispatch that, as per the homeowner, there was not anyone inside the home. It is believed that the cabin is a total loss. Crews remained on scene during the night and the State Fire Marshal’s office has been notified and will arrive later this morning for investigation. Photos by Wasatch County Fire.
