OHV Accident in Snake Creek claims a Life

At approximately 10:00 a.m. our 911 Center received a call reporting an OHV accident in the Snake Creek area.

Sheriff’s deputies, Utah State Parks, Search and Rescue, EMS, and Life Flight responded.

Two occupants were on the OHV and reportedly lost control while traveling down an embankment. The passenger was able to jump from the vehicle prior to it rolling.

Unfortunately, the driver was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.

The Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend our condolences to family and friends at this very difficult time.

We also appreciate all of our first responders for their hard work and professionalism.
