(Springdale, UT) — Visitors heading to Zion National Park are being told to plan ahead. Officials explained that’s because a parking lot will temporarily close on Tuesday for workers to re-stripe the asphalt. The lot is for the Zion Canyon Visitor Center and the park noted it will open in stages that same day. Those planning to make a trip are being told to park in Springdale and take advantage of the free shuttles that leave town for the park.
