(Springdale, UT) — A Zion National Park road is dealing with a major pothole, sort of. The park announced this week a small depression in Kolob Canyons Road that was found in March recently turned into a landslide measuring ten feet deep, 15 feet wide, and 70 feet long. Officials believe water is the reason behind the slide following the large amount of precipitation that fell in the region during the winter. Zion said despite the hole, most of the Kolob Canyons District is still accessible.
