Presently, the Zion National Park Narrows are open. The Angels Landing trail is closed. The West rim trail to Scout lookout remains open.

As of Tuesday, Zion National Park will temporarily close the Angels Landing trail from Scout Lookout to the end of the trail.
The West Rim trail will remain open as of noon Tuesday afternoon.
As of Wednesday at noon, Zion National Park will close all park campgrounds.
The park itself remains open and visitors will be allowed to drive up the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive until limited parking in the main canyon has filled up.
As soon is parking is filled up, the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive will become intermittently closed as parking spaces become available.
The park is at its busiest time from 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
The reopening of campgrounds, resumption of shuttle service and the Angel’s Landing trail are contingent upon the COVID-19 situation.
Other measures taken include the creation of virtual visitors centers to replace staffed buildings during the coronavirus outbreak. All wilderness permits have been placed online as well for the time being.
Park rangers are available in real time to answer phone calls and emails during regular business hours.
There are signs throughout the park featuring phone numbers and email contact information.
The NPS National Public Health Service recommends all visitors wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Everyone should avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth and avoid close contact with those who are sick.
Furthermore, everyone should follow social distancing rules until this issue is cleared up.
