Zinke Set To Visit Bears Ears, Grand Staircase 

(San Juan County, UT)  –  The Secretary of the Interior will be in southern Utah next week visiting the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments.  Ryan Zinke will tour the monuments on horseback as part of President Trump’s ordered review of all monuments over 100-thousand acres that have been designated in the last 20 years.  The Deseret News reports the state legislature has passed a resolution voicing their opposition to the monuments. Â
