Woman Dies At Arches National Park

(Grand County, UT) — National Park Service rangers are investigating the death of a 58-year-old woman who was visiting Arches National Park earlier this week. Rangers say the woman required emergency medical care on Tuesday at the park’s popular Delicate Arch Trail. Multiple law enforcement and rescue agencies performed life-saving measures but these were unsuccessful. She was pronounced dead at the scene and is not yet identified. The Grand County Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Medical Services, and Classic Air Medical all responded to the scene.
