Wildfire Reported In Zion National Park

(Springdale, UT) — A wildfire is burning in Zion National Park. Officials say a local resident reported the blaze yesterday afternoon and it was believed to be between three to five acres in size at the time. The park is unsure what caused it but National Park Service firefighters were sent to the scene. The Hop Valley Trail, near to where the fire started, has been closed as a result.
