SPANISH FORK, Utah-Thursday evening, the Wasatch High School Waspettes’ drill team placed third at the Region 8 competition at Maple Mountain High School.
These talented young ladies competed in a military competition which was exemplified by the dance troupe wearing army uniforms.
On their official Instagram account, the Waspettes thanked their loyal fans for coming down from Heber City to watch them compete.
The Waspettes have also qualified for the 5-A state championships January 29 at the UCCU Center on the UVU campus in Orem.
They will compete in Pod 1 against Woods Cross, Farmington, Corner Canyon and Murray.
