HEBER CITY, Utah-Wasatch County Library, per a statement released Wednesday evening, will open a cultural center and cafe serving refreshments at the library, located at 465 E. 1200 South, Heber City.
The maintenance staff at the library has converted the computer lab into a cafe during quarantine.
