HEBER CITY, Utah-Wasatch County Library will conduct a car parade party July 29 from 10:00-11:00 am.
Friends of the library are encouraged to stay in their cars, single-file, at the east entrance of the library, located at 465 E. 1200 South in Heber City.
After participating in the parade, friends are encouraged to exit via the south parking lot.
The library staff encourages participants to decorate their cars and dress up as their favorite book character.
