SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, Utah Governor Gary Herbert mentioned that Utah is receiving machines that can produce tests for COVID-19 more swiftly than was previously possible.
Herbert said 15 of these machines would be arriving soon but even more are needed to get coronavirus under control.
These new tests are made possible by Abbott Laboratories of Lake Forest, Ill.
In the meantime, Herbert again encouraged Utahns to practice social distancing and to meticulously wash their hands.
