(St. George, UT) — The first step towards Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity ending in Utah has begun. Utah Tech University has said in a statement they plan to adhere to the law. The Utah Board of Higher Education will be reviewing the law the next few weeks before beginning to implement changes statewide. The new law bans education from “requiring an individual, before, during, or after admission or employment, to provide certain submissions or attend certain training that promotes differential treatment.”
