(Ivins, UT) — The Utah Tech University student killed in a crash last month has been identified. Sawyer Sherk was driving in Snow Canyon State Park on September 25th when his car rolled several hundred feet down a cliff, leaving him dead at the scene. Two other teens were also injured in the crash and had to go to the hospital in serious condition. One of those teens was identified as freshman Kali Parkinson, while the other wished to remain anonymous. Police believe Sherk was driving up to 100 miles per hour before the crash happened.
