Utah Getting Funding To Expand Internet Access

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah is getting a large check to expand internet access in the state. The Biden administration announced yesterday the Beehive State would be receiving more than 317-million dollars as part of an initiative to connect all households and small businesses to reliable internet. The money comes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that Congress passed last year. It will be used to either create new broadband networks or expand on those already in place.
