(Undated) — Utah gas prices are inching down. Triple-A reports the state average for regular was four dollars a gallon Tuesday, a penny lower than on Monday. Gas prices have been slowly deflating over the past month. The statewide average was four-oh-three a gallon last week and four-oh-seven a month ago.
