SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, the Utah House Democratic Caucus pleaded with Utah Governor Gary Herbert that the state issue a mandatory stay-at-home order for all residents.
A statement from the group said the governor must send a stronger, clearer message to everyone in the state about the dangers of COVID-19.
Herbert is slated to address the Utah media this afternoon as part of his daily briefings since they were implemented March 26.
