Utah Congressman Blake Moore Elected To House GOP Leadership

(Washington, DC) — Utah Congressman Blake Moore is now part of the House Republican leadership team. Moore was elected yesterday to serve as vice chair of the House Republican Conference, succeeding the new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson of Louisiana. Moore was first elected in 2020 and represents Utah’s First Congressional District, which includes part of Salt Lake City and all of northern Utah. It’s described as the most Republican district in the nation.
