SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, covid-19 statistics for Utah were updated by the state department of health.
237,637 vaccines have been administered statewide per Tuesday’s report.
Of these, 205,091 Utahns have received one dose, or 86.3 percent.
32,546 Utahns have received two doses, or 13.7 percent.
In Wasatch County, 2,470 residents have been vaccinated.
Of these, 2,271 have received one dose (91.9 percent). 199 Wasatch County residents (8.1 percent) have received two doses.
A state-record 85.4 percent of covid-19 cases statewide (289,231-338,675) are recovered.
14.2 percent of covid-19 cases statewide (47,831-338,675) are active cases.
In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (3,379) exceeded new active cases (-1,984) and new net recorded cases (1,411).
There are 247,400 more recoveries than active cases statewide.
Of the 13,137 all-time hospitalizations for covid-19 in Utah, 452 are currently hospitalized or 3.44 percent. Of the 452, 158 are in ICU or 34.9 percent of ICU occupancy statewide.
81 percent of ICU beds statewide are occupied and 85.7 percent of ICU referral center beds.
1,613 deaths have been attributed to covid-19 statewide or 0.476 percent of all-time cases.
Wasatch County School District has 73 active cases out of 617 all-time cases or 11.83 percent.
Wasatch County has 3,961 all-time cases, 89 all-time hospitalizations and 16 all-time deaths attributed to the virus.
