SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, covid-19 statistics were updated in Utah by the state department of health.

76.1 percent of covid-19 cases (181,000-237,787) are recovered statewide.

23.4 percent of covid-19 cases (55,710-237,787) are active cases in Utah.

In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (2,605) exceeded new net recorded cases (1,915) and new active cases (-705) in Utah.

There are 125,290 more recoveries than active cases statewide.

Of the 9,585 all-time hospitalizations for covid-19, 553 are currently hospitalized or 5.77 percent.

Of the 553, 203 are in ICU or 36.7 percent of ICU occupancy statewide.

89.2 percent of ICU beds are occupied statewide and 92.8 percent of ICU referral center beds.

0.4529 percent of all-time cases in Utah have been attributed as covid-19 deaths as there are 1,077 such deaths.

Wasatch County has 2,781 all-time covid-19 cases, 69 all-time hospitalizations and 14 all-time deaths attributed to the virus.
