Trucker’s Body Recovered From Deer Creek Reservoir

(Wasatch County, UT) — Crews have recovered the body of a truck driver after his semi-truck plunged into the Deer Creek Reservoir Monday night. The truck jackknifed, crashed through a guardrail, and went into the water. Rescue crews were unable to locate the driver after the crash, but found his body yesterday after the cab of the truck was pulled out of the water. Propane and some diesel fuel leaked out of the truck, but officials say no significant water contamination is expected.
